Mark is an expert at all things bikes, He certainly knows his onions, well brakes, gears and bikes as i don't think bikes involve root vegetables. Very helpful and explained what needed doing to my son's ebike and very fair price quoted and work carried out to high standard very promptly. I would definitely recommend his services.

We’ve been looking for a quality local bike store since AJ Cycles closed. Dropped in to get a puncture repaired on my wife’s Trek mountain bike. All sorted in 10 minutes. Fabulous service from Mark. Highly recommended!

I have used Pedal Barn a few times for bike repairs and servicing. The pricing is fair and Mark always explains clearly what needs doing on the bike. I recently had an issue with my gears and he suggested an upgrade explaining the cost difference etc.... It made riding my bike a much nicer experience.

Mark at Pedal Barn is quite simply a true gentleman! I placed an order with him for a Van Nicholas Skeiron after a very lengthy telephone conversation. He gave a lot of useful information about the different types of bike that VN produce and we discussed what I was looking for from my next purchase. After making a decision (which was the hardest part of the whole process), I placed an order for the Skeiron. The bike was shipped from the Netherlands the next day and was delivered to Pedal Barn approximately a week later. Mark kept me up to date with the progress and have to say that was a nice touch!
I travelled from Norwich to Pedal Barn to collect the bike and got to meet Mark for the first time. He made me feel incredibly welcome and again we chatted about bikes (and drank coffee) for some considerable time.
Mark takes great care to treat his customers with a first class service that is literally second to none. If you’re thinking of making a purchase from Pedal Barn and in particular if you’re in the market for a titanium Van Nicholas, then I highly recommend Mark at Pedal Barn.
I’m now considering another VN bike and I’ll not hesitate to pick up the phone to Mark and get an order placed when the time comes.
